Dominic Christopher Fleuter

Dominic and Tagen came home on saturday. It was to be an early discharge however; he started looking a little yellow. They tested his Jaundice levels and determined that he needed to get some sun. They put him under some lights to have the jaundice levels drop to where he was safe. From what they doctors told us that there are a lot of babies who have jaundice when they are born, some of them just have more than others.

On saturday they determined that we need to have a light bed for him while he is at home. The only time we can take him out of this device is for feeding and changing diapers. It is sooo tuff to have Dominic home and we can't have him lay with us.

He is doing so well. Last night was pretty hectic. He was up every two hours wanting to eat.

Dominic Christopher Fleuter

We would like to welcome Dominic Christopher Fleuter to this world of ours. Dominic was born at 942am, today. He weighed in at 6lbs 5oz. He is 18.5 inches long. Tagen wasn't in labor too long. This labor actually went pretty good per Tagen.

Baby Room

Here's Dominic's new room! We have only a few things left to do. There's a couple of wall decorations that need to go up and a curtain rod over the window, but other than that it's pretty much done.

Caleb's New Bed

We finally put caleb's new bed up this past week. He loves it! He enjoys going down the slide and playing underneath in the tent area. We're sure that he and Dominic will have lot's of fun years with it.
